My work with the Enneagram has been very effective with team-building sessions. Team members enhance their understanding of themselves and their colleagues. As a result they are able to communicate much more clearly with empathy and focus to build productivity. In a collaborative process with the team leader, I develop a plan for a retreat or series of workshops utilizing the Enneagram and the team has the opportunity to work in multiple areas including the following:
